1. Educational purpose only

TrapZone ("we", "us", "the service") is built to help people learn technical analysis: how price forms swing highs and lows, what market structure is, and how concepts such as demand and supply zones (also called buy and sell zones or order blocks), break of structure (BOS), change of character (CHoCH) and breakout failures (BOF) appear on real charts.

Everything on the website, including the scanner, charts, zones, levels, labels, alerts, notifications and any written or visual material, is provided only for education, study and general information. It is meant to help you observe and practise, not to tell you what to do with your money.

2. Not investment advice

• Nothing on TrapZone is, or should be read as, investment advice, research, a research report, a tip, a signal service, portfolio management, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, currency, commodity, cryptocurrency or other financial product.
• Words such as "buy zone", "sell zone", "bullish", "bearish", "CHoCH level", "invalidation" and "extension" are standard technical-analysis terms that describe what a price pattern looks like. They are descriptions of a chart, not instructions or predictions.
• We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, or with any similar regulator in any other country. We do not know your finances, goals or risk tolerance, and nothing we show is personalised to you.
• Before making any investment or trading decision, please speak to a qualified, SEBI-registered investment adviser (or a licensed adviser in your own country).

3. We do not handle trades or trading money

• We are not a stock broker, sub-broker, authorised person, depository participant, portfolio manager, exchange or payment wallet.
• We never ask for, receive, hold, pool or manage money for trading or investing. We never ask for your trading account login, password, PIN or OTP. If anyone claiming to be from TrapZone asks for these, do not share them and report it to us.
• We do not place, copy, execute or manage trades for anyone, and we do not run any scheme, fund, "profit sharing", "assured return" or referral-income programme.
• The only payment we take is the subscription fee for using the software, collected through our payment partner, Razorpay.

4. How the tool works and its limits

• Zones, levels and signals are calculated automatically by a fixed technical-analysis formula applied to past price candles. No person reviews them, and the same formula is shown to every user.
• Results depend on the settings used (for example timeframe and swing length). Different settings, or a different charting tool, can show different zones and levels.
• Patterns that appeared in the past do not mean the same will happen again. Price can move straight through any zone or level. A zone that looks "strong" can fail at any time.
• We do not claim, promise or imply any accuracy rate, win rate, profit or return. Any past examples are for illustration only.
• The software may contain errors, may stop working, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5. Risk warning

• Trading and investing in shares, futures and options, commodities, currencies and cryptocurrencies involves a high risk of loss. You can lose more than you expect, and with leveraged products you can lose more than your initial deposit.
• SEBI studies have found that a large majority of individual traders in the equity futures and options segment make losses.
• Foreign exchange (forex): for residents of India, trading in foreign exchange is permitted only through authorised persons and on recognised Indian exchanges, and only in permitted currency pairs. The Reserve Bank of India publishes an Alert List of unauthorised forex trading platforms. The world-market charts on TrapZone are shown only for study; we do not offer, promote or facilitate forex trading on any platform.
• Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and are not regulated as legal tender in India. Their charts are shown only for study.
• Practice indices (such as "Step Index" or "Volatility Index") are synthetic, computer-generated prices, not real markets. They are included so you can practise reading charts at any time.
• Only use money you can afford to lose, and never borrow to trade.

6. Market data

• Price data comes from third-party sources. It may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong, and prices on TrapZone may differ from prices at your broker or on an exchange.
• Market data is provided "as is" for study only. Do not rely on it to place orders.
• Indian market (NSE, BSE, MCX) data will be shown only after we have arranged it through a licensed data provider. Until then these instruments are marked "coming soon".

7. Your responsibility

• You alone decide whether to trade or invest, and you alone are responsible for any gain, loss, tax or other consequence of your decisions.
• You confirm that you will not treat anything on TrapZone as a reason, instruction or guarantee for any financial decision.
• You are responsible for making sure that using TrapZone and trading any product is legal where you live.

8. Terms of use

• Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Account: you log in with your name and mobile number. Your account is personal. It can be logged in on only one device at a time; logging in on a new device logs out the old one. Sharing, reselling or renting your access is not allowed.
• Acceptable use: do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the scanner output or charts; do not try to break, overload or bypass the service or its payment and security checks; do not use the service for anything unlawful.
• Intellectual property: the software, design and content belong to [Company name] Private Limited. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them while your subscription is active.
• Changes: we may change these terms. If the change is important we will ask you to accept the new version when you next log in. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.
• Suspension: we may suspend or close access if these terms are broken, or if we must do so by law.

9. Subscriptions, payments, refunds and cancellation

• What you pay for: a subscription gives you access to the educational software for the market and period of the plan you choose (for example one day, one week or one month). It is not a fee for advice, tips, calls or trading services.
• Prepaid, no auto-debit: every plan is a one-time prepaid payment. We do not charge you again automatically. When a plan ends, access stops until you choose and pay for a new plan.
• Trial plans: plans marked "one time only" (such as Daily) can be bought once per mobile number.
• Currency: prices are shown in the currency of your country, based on your mobile number's country code. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page; we never see or store them. Your bank may add its own charges for international payments.
• Taxes: prices include applicable taxes such as GST, unless shown otherwise.
• Cancellation: you can stop using the service at any time. Because plans are prepaid for a short, fixed period, cancelling does not end the plan early and does not create a refund.
• Refunds: access starts immediately after payment, so payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged twice for the same plan, charged but did not receive access, or charged because of a technical error on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the extra or failed payment to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 working days after approval (your bank may take longer to show it).

10. Privacy policy

• What we collect: your name, mobile number and country; a random device identifier stored in your browser (used for the one-device rule); login times; your subscription and payment records (plan, amount, date and Razorpay payment reference); when you accepted these terms, with your IP address and browser type; and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure.
• What we do not collect: card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords, trading account details or your portfolio.
• Why we use it: to give you access, enforce plan limits and the one-device rule, process and record payments, prevent fraud and misuse, answer your requests, and meet legal and tax obligations.
• Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with our payment partner (Razorpay), our hosting provider, and authorities where the law requires it.
• Storage and security: data is stored on secured servers. Payment secrets are encrypted. We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
• Your choices: you can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below.
• Browser storage: the site stores a login token, a device identifier and your display preferences (such as starred instruments) in your browser. Logging out removes the login token.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we, our directors, employees and partners are not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using or relying on TrapZone, its data or its output. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid for the plan in question.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
